The minga, music and dance for the abundance

Itinerary

08:00 hours. - We will pick you up from your hotel and transfer in our vehicle to the town of Nuevo Huacas, 69 kilometers from the city of Chachapoyas, after a trip of 1:45 hours, we will arrive at the town where we will be welcomed to the sound of melodies and dances and invited to dress in traditional costume and enjoy the presentation of the dance "Las Benllas", then we will move to the plot (chacra) where the minga will take place always accompanied by traditional music and the mingueros.

This activity is an ancestral practice that brings together neighbors, friends and family with the aim of helping in agricultural tasks. Active participation of the visitor in each of the activities. Next, we will participate in the so-called "minga lunch", the cooks spread blankets and on them they serve the "Yanui" (a combination of different local agricultural products). It includes the tasting and interpretation of typical dishes and drinks. Finally, we will say goodbye to the visitor by witnessing the Añasho dance and the delivery of gifts to visitors. We will return to the town of Nuevo Huacas and from there we will begin the return to the city of Chachapoyas. END OF SERVICES
